3.1 Bootcamp Tickets and Subscriptions

Upon purchase of bootcamp tickets or subscriptions online, access and tickets will be automatically sent to the email provided at checkout. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately.

3.2 Training Packages

Training packages purchased online will have digital access or instructions delivered upon purchase. For in-person or customized training packages, invoices will be sent with payment instructions prior to scheduling.

 

3.3 Delivery Policy

  • Orders from the online store are processed and shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability.

  • The House of Zeus NYC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Claims for lost or misdelivered packages must be reported promptly.

 

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Product Orders: Refunds are only provided if the product is defective or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.

  • Bootcamp Tickets & Subscriptions: All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available, except in cases of cancellation by The House of Zeus NYC.

  • Training Packages: Online training packages are non-refundable once accessed. In-person or customized training packages may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

  • Event Registrations: Refunds are only available if an event is canceled by The House of Zeus NYC.

 

5. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
