What is The Inner U Bootcamp?
The Inner U Bootcamp is a culture-driven fitness experience that blends strength training, HIIT, music, and community. Our classes are designed to challenge your body, elevate your mindset, and make fitness something you look forward to.
Do I need to be in shape to join?
No. All fitness levels are welcome. Every class includes coaching, options, and modifications so you can move at your pace while still being challenged.
What types of classes do you offer?
We currently offer:
• Inner U Tour Stop (Total Body HIIT)
• Inner U Lower Body & Core: The 2000s
• 90s Night (Upper Body & Core)
• Inner U: Train Like an Athlete
• The “U” Strength & Conditioning Club
How long are the classes?
Most classes run about 60 minutes, including warm-up and cool-down.

How do I sign up for a class?

Spots are limited, so we recommend booking in advance.
Do you offer memberships or class packages?
Yes. We offer:
• Drop-in classes
• 4-class packages
• 8-class packages (VIP Suite)
• Monthly memberships
Is the membership a contract?
No. Inner U memberships are recurring monthly programs, not long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime.
How does billing work?
Memberships automatically renew each month unless canceled.
How do I cancel my membership?
All cancellations must be completed through the website where you originally signed up. We’re unable to process cancellations via email, DM, or in person.
Are refunds offered for missed classes or months?
No. Missed classes or billing cycles that were not canceled in advance are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has processed, that month is considered active.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Some memberships include guest passes, and we also run promotions that allow first-time guests to attend for free or at a discounted rate.
What if I’ve never lifted weights before?
No problem. We coach technique and provide guidance throughout class—especially in Strength & Conditioning sessions.
